I’m watching the ABC soap line-up this morning and they run a promo about a Modern Family invasion this week. So we’ll record it and put anything up that has to deal with Ms. Sofia Vergara! So stay tuned.

Modern Family actress Sofia Vergara is joining forces with Kmart to create an affordable fashion line to launch in about 800 Kmart stores starting in late August and early September.

The Sofia Vergara Signature Fashion Collection includes curve-hugging dresses, knit tops, jackets, sweaters and leggings priced from $16.99 to $59.99, as well as accessories such as handbags, shoes and jewelry priced from $9.99 to $49.99.

Colombian-born Vergara, 38, is a natural beauty who can make anything look good. [The Budget Babe]

Modern Family won he Writers Guild award for best TV comedy series.

The 68th Annual Golden Globe Awards went down in late January and Sofia stunned the red carpet with her beautiful red dress. Sadly, Sofia & Modern Family (or her co-stars) didn’t take home the statue. But that’s ok, Sofia said she’s “always had golden globes.” You gotta love Ms. Sofia Vergara!
