Great news for Sofia & Fans! It has been quite some time since I’ve seen her in a movie. I miss watching Sof on film.

Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer already in discussions for lead roles in New Line’s all-star love story follow-up to its “Valentine’s Day.”

Sofia Vergara and Jessica Biel are in negotiations to join the cast of New Year’s Eve, New Line’s ensemble love story follow-up to its Valentine’s Day movie.

The duo are the latest to be associated with the project, which has already attracted Robert De Niro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank and Ashton Kutcher, who are in various stages of negotiations to lead roles as well.
Lea Michele and Abigail Breslin are already on board the production, which is eyeing a mid-December shoot in New York. Garry Marshall is directing, while Mike Karz and Wayne Rice are producing.

The movie tells intertwining stories of a group of New Yorkers as they navigate their way through romance over the course of New Year’s Eve.

Biel is playing a pregnant woman who, along with her husband, try to win a cash prize given by a hospital to the couple who are first to give birth on New Year’s Day. The actress, repped by CAA and Management 360, appeared in New Line’s previous ensemble movie, Valentine’s Day, and garnered acclaim in Easy Virtue.

Vergara, repped by WME, Untitled and Latin World Entertainment, was nominated for an Emmy for her work in ABC’s Modern Family. She recently wrapped a feature turn in The Smurfs.

This movie already has an all-star cast; Sofia’s addition would make it that much better.

Do we see a mega endorsement in the near future for our favorite Columbian?

Attention, Kmart shoppers: Hot Colombian actress may soon be coming to a store near you.

“Page Six” reports that “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara is in talks with the retailer to be the new face of the chain.

The Emmy-nominated star is rumored to be working on a deal to develop hair, beauty, accessories and clothing ranges for the retailer, as well as to appear in ad campaigns. According to the New York Post, the deal is worth an estimated (and highly enviable) $8 million.

Good Luck to Sofia! They’d be lucky to have her. Personally I haven’t shopped in a K-Mart for years.
